Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and management of the restaurant. This role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining high food quality and safety standards, achieving financial targets, and ensuring operational excellence.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company standards.
  • Ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies to prevent shortages or overages.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant, kitchen, and equipment to ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to continually improve the overall customer experience.
  • Ensure that customers are well-served and enjoy a pleasant dining experience with a conducive dining ambiance.
  • Supervise staff to ensure compliance with set standards, company policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Monitor sales performance and develop initiatives to increase revenue and achieve sales budgets.
  • Ensure that products are produced according to Bukka Hut’s recipes and are checked for quality before being displayed for sale.



Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role in a QSR.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety, health regulations, and financial management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Must reside in Ibadan
