Our Client as a designated distributor in Nigeria that they supply. The distributor supplies various retail stores (more or less 60 different doors). Their vision is to instil Retail Excellence within their biggest growth markets, ensuring market share growth in every retailer that stock our brands.
The candidate will deal with our client, the designated distributor as well as the retailers.
Some of the responsibilities for the Retail Excellence position includes:
-manage retail sales ROI
-manage distribution targets
-coaching and developing distributor sales team
-ensuring market share growth
-gathering of sales data
-ensuring guidelines are implemented and adhered to
-implement new launches & assist with animations
Required experience:
Min 3-5 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing (Cosmetics, Pharma or FMCG)
Education:
University Degree in Economics, Business Management or Retail (with or without Master) or equivalent.
Min 2 years’ experience in Retail
Experience working with a CRM an advantage
Knowledge of the market and understanding lifestyle category and market segmentation
50% Travel
