- 4+ years of retail management experience, preferably in supermarkets.

- Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and implement strategies.
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with retail management software and systems.
- Certification in retail management or a related field.
