Funtramics, a leading multi-cooperative society in Warri Delta state, is seeking 5 dynamic and results-driven Retail Marketers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for acquiring new customers, mobilizing investments, promoting loan products, and following up with clients to ensure timely repayments.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote our services and onboard them as clients.
- Investment Mobilization: Encourage individuals and businesses to invest in our cooperative society.
- Loan Promotion: Educate potential clients about our loan products and guide them through the application process.
- Client Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with clients who have taken loans, ensuring timely repayments and providing support as needed.
- Field Work: Conduct field visits to meet clients, build trust, and expand our reach in the community.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside our experienced marketers during the training period to learn best practices and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work in the field and meet clients face-to-face.
- Basic knowledge of financial products (loans, investments, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- A female is most preferred for this position
- Minimum of a high school diploma (OND/HND/BSc is an added advantage).
