Be the engine behind great products at Key Retail Group! As a Retail Research Specialist, you’ll uncover market insights, source suppliers, and help launch winning consumer products on platforms like Amazon FBA. Strategy meets execution. As our Retail Research Specialist, you’ll be the engine behind our product discovery and execution process. You’ll serve as our in-house detective, strategist, and brand builder. Find high-potential product opportunities and understand what customers actually want. Help us bring the right products to market, strategically and efficiently. You’ll be hands-on across the product lifecycle, researching demand patterns, sourcing and coordinating with suppliers, and working closely with our creative team to bring each product to life and scale it.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Research & Discovery
- Conduct deep research into marketplace trends, consumer behaviour, and category dynamics to identify viable product opportunities.
- Review top-performing and poorly rated products to uncover gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
Supplier Sourcing & Communication
- Source, vet, and manage supplier relationships, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost align with our goals.
Product Differentiation & Strategy
- Collaborate with the team to define each product’s unique positioning and competitive edge.
Launch Strategy & Execution
- Work with creatives to develop high-converting listing assets (titles, bullets, A+ content, visuals, etc.).
Social Media Support
- Contribute to content planning and strategy to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor product performance using tools and data, and identify ways to optimize sales, positioning, and visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
- 2+ years of experience in product management, e-commerce, brand development, or a similar role
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills you love digging into data and connecting the dots
- A solid communicator, clear, proactive, and reliable
- Organized and resourceful; thrives in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented, but not at the expense of speed you know when to act
- A growth mindset with a natural curiosity and willingness to learn
- Experience with Amazon FBA is a big plus, but not mandatory
