Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Upsell and cross-sell company products and services to meet Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Sales Targets
- Ensure that the sales floor is organized according to established guidelines
- Consistently develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and targets in alignment with business objective
- Develop market and competitive assessments to identify and drive new opportunities
- Monitoring and evaluating sales performance while also providing recommendations
- Feed future buying trends back to employers
- Perform regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies
- Receive, process, and organize shipments and deliveries accordingly
- Ensure that the reorder levels are maintained at all times, restock depleted or low shop items
Responsibilities:
- HND, B.SC or equivalent in any discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in sales, interiors, or home essentials will be an added advantage
