Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Merger Optical at high-profile events, trade shows, and retail locations, effectively showcasing our brand and products.
  • Create compelling content to highlight our offerings and engage potential customers, both online and offline.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with high-end retailers and individual customers to enhance brand loyalty and promote our products.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients in product selection, ensuring a luxurious shopping experience that aligns with our brand values.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and exceptional relationship management, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to management to drive continuous improvement in both product offerings and service quality.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or brand management within the luxury goods sector.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and brand development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with high-profile clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Passion for fashion and luxury eyewear trends.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Age Range: 25-30 years old, female preferred.
