Retail Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers warmly.
• Identifying customer needs through conversation or observation.
• Explaining product features and demonstrating their use.
• Comparing different product models and providing informed recommendations.
• Answering customer questions about products, services, and store policies.
• Informing customers about ongoing sales and promotions.
• Ordering out-of-stock items from the Main Store.
• Preparing sales receipts or invoices upon customer request.
• Processing payments efficiently and securely.
• Setting up and maintaining merchandise displays with accurate pricing.
• Managing online inquiries and completing virtual sales.
• Safeguarding and maintaining all company properties in their custody.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of proven experience as a Retail Sales Representative.
• Familiarity with the retail sales process and consumer behavior principles.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stocking procedures.
• Basic math skills.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers.
• Capacity to work efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
• Candidates from VI and Lekki are preferred
