### **Job Summary:**
As a Salesperson at HEIRS LIFE ASSURANCE, you will be responsible for generating new sales, maintaining and developing relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the company by identifying opportunities, presenting products or services, and closing sales.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Generation:** Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Product Knowledge:** Stay informed about the company’s products or services, and effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- **Sales Presentations:** Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential clients.
- **Negotiation:** Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- **Sales Targets:** Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- **Customer Support:** Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Market Research:** Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance, and report to the Sales Manager.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to sales.
### **Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** Previous experience in sales, particularly in [INSURANCE], is preferred.
- **Education:** A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Negotiation Skills:** Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- **Customer Service Orientation:** A strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
- **Sales Techniques:** Proficiency in using various sales techniques and strategies.
- **Problem-Solving:** Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- **Time Management:** Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Adaptability:** Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Self-Motivation:** A high level of self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
**Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship-building skills
Insurance knowledge and understanding of insurance products
**Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
**Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
**Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
