Responsibilities:

- Answer customer queries regarding pricing, availability, and product benefits.
Sales:
- Utilize effective sales techniques to drive sales and meet sales targets.
- Encourage upselling and cross-selling of products to maximize revenue.
- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system and computer systems.
Merchandising:
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store
- Assist in setting up displays and promotional materials.
Customer Experience:
- Address customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick, friendly, and knowledgeable assistance.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Operational Duties:
- Assist in inventory management and stock counts.
- Maintain store cleanliness, ensuring safety and accessibility for all customers.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
