- Actively source and secure job requisitions from various companies needing talent, particularly high-level roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with organizations to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
- Engage organizations to identify potential job opportunities and provide solutions to meet their talent demands.
- Utilize your network and other recruitment tools to source top candidates for various roles.
- Maintain a candidate pool of qualified individuals for quick turnaround on recruitment needs.
- Conduct outreach to potential candidates, nurturing relationships, and building a strong talent pipeline.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial sourcing to placement, including job description preparation, advertising, and candidate management.
- Conduct thorough prescreening of candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and organizational culture.
- Assist candidates in understanding the job opportunities and provide clear guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Develop and explain a structured candidate assessment and evaluation procedure, particularly for high-level and specialized positions.
- Ensure all candidates are evaluated based on skills, experience, and cultural fit for the respective roles.
- Recommend top candidates to employers based on thorough evaluation and prescreening.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring organizations, ensuring a smooth communication flow and positive candidate experience.
- Provide organizations with detailed guidance on potential candidates and their fit for the role.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of recruitment activities, job requisitions, and candidate placements.
- Collect feedback from both clients and candidates to improve the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Reverse Recruiter.
- Minimum of OND/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Strong personal candidate pool and the ability to source high-level talent.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to engage with organizations, identify talent needs, and provide recruitment solutions.
- Strong knowledge of candidate assessment and evaluation procedures, especially for senior roles.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
