Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented RFQ Quote Specialist & Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. In this role, you will manage the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, build relationships with contracting companies, and ensure accurate and timely responses to quote requests. Your responsibilities include gathering figures, screening and analyzing job and quote requests, and compiling the necessary information to provide accurate quotes to clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating product pricing on our website, responding to email inquiries, and ensuring leads from Wigmore Wholesale are entered into the database and kept up to date. You will also send daily emails to shipping companies in Nigerian waters and assist with posting and updating product prices.
