Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and enforcement of site-specific safety plans, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.
- Monitor daily site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments, and document findings with corrective actions.
- Support incident and near-miss investigations, including root cause analysis and follow-up.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing safety training to staff and contractors.
- Promote proactive hazard identification and reporting among workers.
- Assist in maintaining and updating safety documentation, permits, and registers.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards.
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
- Provide safety reports, data analysis, and performance feedback to HSE leadership.
Requirements:
