Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and performance reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Represent Virgin-Landmarts Limited at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. M.Sc is an added advantage
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development, in real estate would be an advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Great networking skills and sales professional
- Strong leadership, negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
