CMTrading, an award-winning, FSCA regulated, and one of the oldest brokerages, is looking to hire talented Sales Account Manager to join its growing team in Lagos.
Job Description (Key Responsibilities):
Sales Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation
- Sales Presentations
- Relationship Building
- Sales Negotiation and Closing
- Sales Pipeline Management
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Collaboration and Reporting
Retention Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns
- Develop strategies to retain customers and minimize churn
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with customers to ensure continued engagement
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services based on customer needs
- Collaborate with customer service and other departments to resolve any retention-related challenges
Requirements (Skills & Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus
- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Retention, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a competitive spirit
- Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with both new and existing customers
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment
- Knowledge of the financial industry, financial market trends, and customer needs related to the company’s products/services
