Click this link: The Sales Administrator manages low-level reporting for the sales team, supporting and managing administrative formalities for the sales like commission and service issues, organizing meetings and logistics, making calls, managing DSR churn/retention and keeping the non-selling DSRs updated about promos and changes. You will report to the Regional Manager#LI-Onsite
Responsibilities
You will maintain accurate sales data. You will collaborate with other units on behalf of the Sales team for complaints and improvements. You will be responsible for DSR registrations and maintaining accurate DSR Database. You will organize and anchor regular meetings and logistics. You will ensure minutes of meetings are taken and well communicated to the team. You will ensure DSRs' complaints are escalated and resolved within agreed timelines. You will coordinate all DSR-related activities. You will ensure all relevant reports are published within stipulated timelines. You will ensure all registered DSRs have signed contract forms. You will ensure regular calls to non-selling DSRs to ensure churn is under 10% You will ensure regular calls to non-selling DSRs to ensure 70% MoM retention.

Requirements
A First Degree Higher or a Higher National Diploma Holder 2+ years' experience in a corporate environment. Exposure to working on a CRM. Basic excel skills should be fluent in English and Pidgin Have a process-oriented mindset Excellent Presentation skills Good Planning and Organization skills Ability to work calmly under pressure.
