Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the activities of the sales team, ensuring the effective execution of marketing activities, including product activation.
- Recruit, train, retain, and manage a team of at least 4 competent Unit Managers, and 20 active Real Estate Advisors, with a total of 84 persons in the Agency.
- Set and monitor performance targets for Unit Managers, ensuring the attainment of their individual goals.
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and implement sales initiatives, activities, and strategies necessary to achieve the annual sales target.
- Drive the team to exceed monthly and annual sales targets, actively participating in sales activities and presenting sales tools to clients.
- Develop and execute plans to enhance brand visibility in the market.
- Identify current and future market trends that may impact organizational performance.
- Possess and impart a deep knowledge of the product offering and value proposition to team members.
- Serve as a mentor and point of reference for employees, promoting exemplary work ethics, habits, and professional character.
- Regularly evaluate team performance, seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure monthly sales targets are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, sales activities, and the active clientele base.
- Submit monthly reports to the Regional Manager detailing team performance and achievements.
- Attend tradeshows and other marketing events with the team, representing the organization effectively.
- Adhere to organizational policies and regulations affecting the Sales department.
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets, leading by example.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing sales teams to achieve or exceed targets.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and brand positioning.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales analytics software.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to set and meet ambitious sales goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
