Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Daily Sales Transactions: Perform and manage day-to-day sales transactions for Credit Direct's financial services products using the assigned sales platform.
- Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and engage potential customers to introduce and sell Credit Direct’s financial services.
- Sales Coordination: Work with the marketing team to ensure all sales strategies align with Credit Direct’s business objectives.
- Customer Education: Clearly explain and promote Credit Direct’s financial products to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets as defined by Credit Direct.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Reporting: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports to SalesKonect through approved channels.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE/WAEC with relevant sales experience
- Must have a smart working phone
- 0 - years of sales experience in retail or financial services industry preferred
- OND/HND/BSc degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 70,000 Gross + Performance-based commissions of up to100,000 or more
