Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Agent to actively seek out and engage potential customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating leads, closing sales and achieving company revenue targets. The ideal

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, social media, and other sales strategies 
  • Clearly communicate the features and benefits of the company’s products and services to potential customer
  • Tailor sales presentations to address customer needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate terms, overcome objections, and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional services to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential customers.
  • Track and report on sales forecasts.
  • Use CRM software to document interactions and manage the sales pipelines.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, and product development to ensure alignment in messaging and strategy
  • Share insights and best practices with other sales agents.
  • Participate in sales training programs to improve skills and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Seek out professional development opportunities to enhance sales expertise and career growth.



Requirements:

  • Experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and close sales deals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.



Working Conditions: May require travel to meet with clients or attend industry events.

Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours to accommodate client needs.


Compensation: Base salary plus commission structure, with potential for performance bonuses.
