Sales Agent

Responsibilities:

• You will speak with potential participants (via phone and WhatsApp Business) about our Bali retreats, guiding them from initial inquiry to a confirmed booking.
• Build meaningful connections, understanding each prospect’s motivations and concerns.
• Use your near-perfect English skills to convey the value of our retreat experience clearly and compassionately.
• Follow up with interested prospects, answer any questions about the retreat program, pricing, and logistics, and maintain regular contact.
• Achieve monthly booking and revenue goals; compensation is commission-based, so your earning potential grows with your sales performance.

Requirements:

• Near-perfect spoken and written English is essential.
• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred, especially in wellness, travel, or transformational coaching fields.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, scheduling tools, and basic CRM software to track leads and follow-ups.
