Responsibilities:
Client Engagement and Sales:
- Identify prospective clients and convert leads into sales or leases.
- Actively promote and sell the company’s property portfolio, highlighting features and benefits to meet client needs.
- Conduct property showings and guide clients through the sales or leasing process.
- Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts to achieve successful transactions for both clients and the company.
- Build trust with clients by providing accurate information, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly.
Lead Generation and Follow-up:
- Actively source and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- Maintain a consistent follow-up routine to convert leads into clients.
- Develop and execute a personal sales pipeline to meet and exceed individual targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-transaction, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues.
Property Management Support:
- * Assist in marketing newly acquired properties to the right audience.
- * Work with property owners and the internal team to ensure properties are well-prepared for viewings.
- * Provide feedback to the company regarding client preferences and property demand.
Reporting and Accountability:
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and leasing targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, client interactions, and market feedback.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and team-building activities as directed by the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Fresh graduates with strong interpersonal and sales skills are encouraged to apply.
