Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Agent/Marketer located in Lagos. The Sales Agent/Marketer will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales for the company. This role also involves conducting training sessions for new staff, attending industry events to promote our publications, and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience and knowledge of the sales process
- Understanding of the Insurance industry is a plus
- Experience in Training and onboarding new staff
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
