Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Present and promote products, highlighting features, benefits, and value to encourage purchases.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by actively pursuing and closing sales opportunities.
- Document sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends in regular sales reports.
- Negotiate contracts, including prices, payment terms, and other deal specifics with clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints, providing excellent service and support.
- Collaborate with sales team members and marketing to implement effective strategies.
- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
- Participate in sales meetings and ongoing training for skill and product knowledge development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of High school diploma or SSCE
- 0-1 year experience as a sales agent
Remuneration: NGN 60,000 + commission
