Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with detailed information on available properties.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate property transactions between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Agent or in a similar sales role, preferably in real estate.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Valid real estate license (if applicable).
