Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients to promote the company's investment products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional investors.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Educate clients about various investment products, including fixed deposits, mutual funds, money market, stocks, bonds, real estate, and alternative investments.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Stay updated on financial market trends, investment opportunities, and competitors' offerings.
- Provide clients with market insights and personalized recommendations based on research.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the company's product offerings and address client feedback.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal closures in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to all financial and regulatory compliance requirements during the sales process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certifications are an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the investment, banking, or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of investment products and financial planning principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and client acquisition abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret financial data.
