We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Professional to join our investment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, offering tailored investment solutions, and building long-term relationships. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients to promote the company's investment products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional investors.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand clients' financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Educate clients about various investment products, including fixed deposits, mutual funds, money market, stocks, bonds, real estate, and alternative investments.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Stay updated on financial market trends, investment opportunities, and competitors' offerings.
  • Provide clients with market insights and personalized recommendations based on research.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the company's product offerings and address client feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal closures in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to all financial and regulatory compliance requirements during the sales process.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the investment, banking, or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of investment products and financial planning principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and client acquisition abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret financial data.
