Job Opening: Contract Staff Position – Project Assistant
We are seeking a diligent and proactive individual to join our team as a Contract Staff – Project Assistant. This role will directly support the Project Manager in ensuring smooth operations and project execution. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, have a good grasp of Excel, and be an effective communicator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager with daily tasks and project coordination.
- Upload and manage project documents efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all project files are up to date.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to relay information promptly.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must reside on Lagos Island, preferably in Victoria Island (VI).
Contract Duration: To be discussed.
Pay: ₦60,000
