Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies aligned with Mkobo's overall growth objectives.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Sales & Business Development Officers
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships to expand Mkobo's customer base for EWA and Mkobo for Business products.
- Develop sales funnels and processes to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Implement and analyze marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Manage existing partnerships and drive increased utilization of Mkobo's products among partner's employees.
- Oversee the onboarding of new customers and ensure seamless integration with Mkobo's services.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to Sales & Business Development Officers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing partner companies.
- Analyse sales data and KPIs to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience is required
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
