The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and increasing brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies and direct customer interactions. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing campaigns, and building strong customer relationships to achieve company revenue goals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through effective planning and execution.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers and close sales deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking conferences to expand business opportunities.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services.
  • Develop content for social media, website, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust plans accordingly.
  • Work with creative team to design promotional materials.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to enhance market positioning.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with audiences to increase brand awareness.
  • Work with internal teams to coordinate sales and marketing efforts.


Requirements:

  • HND/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales and marketing (1-3 years preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and online advertising.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
