Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, content, and promotional materials.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Provide regular training and development opportunities for the team.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and marketing analytics to senior management.
- Use data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Track ROI on marketing activities and recommend budget adjustments as necessary.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
- Implement and optimize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and data.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 years experience
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
