Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating the sales and marketing activities of Bensohi Maid Agency Limited. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing and executing marketing strategies, and ensuring the achievement of organizational sales goals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.


Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing campaigns, content, and promotional materials.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.


Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Provide regular training and development opportunities for the team.


Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and marketing analytics to senior management.
  • Use data to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Track ROI on marketing activities and recommend budget adjustments as necessary.


Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Implement and optimize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and feedback promptly.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 years experience


Remuneration: NGN 150,000
