Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Engage with potential and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Marketing & Brand Visibility:
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, branding, and content creation.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Analyze sales performance, lead conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
- Adjust marketing strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Mentor and lead the sales team, ensuring targets are met.
- Provide training and support to junior sales and marketing staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand communication (Real Estate experience preferred).
- B.Sc or HND in a relevant field.
- Strong social media management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking abilities.
- Must reside in or be able to commute to Yaba, Lagos.
