Sales and Marketing Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze comprehensive sales reports to provide insights into performance, trends, and forecasts.
• Oversee property allocations and ensure alignment with sales strategies and market demands.
• Develop and implement sales operational processes and strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure effective execution of campaigns that drive sales.
• Conduct financial analysis related to sales and marketing operations, deriving insights that inform strategic decisions.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage data, create models, and generate reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales operations and marketing effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to leverage them in enhancing operations.

Requirements:

• An accounting degree (Bachelor’s or higher) is essential.
• Professional qualification (e.g., ICAN) is highly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar analytical role, preferably within the banking or fintech sectors.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker and problem solver with a focus on actionable results and performance metrics.
