Job Overview

As a Sales and Marketing Representative at Scholarstar Global, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by promoting our range of services, building strong client relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring the satisfaction of our existing clientele.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Generation:

 - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.

 - Present and sell Scholarstar Global’s services to prospective clients in the travel, real estate, and global trade

sectors.

 - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Client Relationship Management:

 - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

 - Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

 - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Marketing Strategy Execution:

 - Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote Scholarstar Global’s services.

 - Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor online presence.

 - Coordinate with the marketing team to organize events, webinars, and promotional activities.

- Market Research and Analysis:

 - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

 - Analyze sales data and market feedback to refine sales strategies and improve service offerings.

- Reporting and Documentation:

 - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.

 - Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Education:

 - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience:

 - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the travel, real estate, or global trade industries.

 - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

 - Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.

 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
