Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s products or services to potential clients through various sales techniques.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, explaining product features and benefits.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales goals.
- Participate in sales meetings, report sales performance, and provide feedback on market trends.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in organizing and attending trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events to represent the company.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including customer feedback and suggestions for product improvement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or a related roll
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to identify customer needs and effectively present solutions.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and sales techniques.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Graphics design is an advantage.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and events when necessary
