Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Lagos. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves training and supporting junior sales staff, performing sales analysis, and meeting sales targets and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to develop and deliver Training programs
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
