Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Ivyla Africa, you will play a key role in driving our enrollment numbers, building our brand presence, and reaching aspiring innovators across Nigeria and Africa. This position offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work flexibility with in-person engagements for targeted events and meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and attract potential students and clients through creative digital marketing campaigns, social media outreach, and targeted advertising.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets for our courses and programs.
• Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create compelling marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional videos that resonate with our audience.
• Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, focusing on engagement and lead generation.
• Event Marketing: Coordinate and execute hybrid marketing events, webinars, and info sessions to showcase our offerings and build community trust.
• Customer Relationship Management: Nurture leads, engage with potential clients, and maintain strong relationships to encourage enrollment and brand loyalty.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, content, and digital teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and growth targets.

• Proven experience in sales and digital marketing, with a focus on education, tech, or digital products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with potential students and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative sales strategies.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
