Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Operations Manager at Westglo Industries in Lagos. The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales management, operations oversight, customer satisfaction, and communication within the company.
Qualifications

- Customer acquisition and project sales.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Leadership capability
- Run projects and lead project teams
- Is able to create initiatives, execute and implement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in the construction or industrial sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with minimum 2.1 or equivalent experience of no less than 5 years.
