Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of lube bay operations, including workflow, staffing, inventory, and equipment maintenance, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead and motivate a team of service technicians, providing performance feedback to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
- Implement and enforce service standards and quality control procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Actively engage with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building rapport to foster long-term loyalty.
- Develop and execute strategies for customer retention, including follow-up programs and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement local station marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to attract new customers and increase service volume.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels of supplies and tools, ensuring cost-effectiveness and availability.
Requirements:

- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
