We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Partnership Executive (preferrable a female) to join our team. This role is crucial in driving sales growth and establishing strategic partnerships that align with our mission of offering comprehensive and curated wellness solutions fostering a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for health and wellness, along with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
> Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
> Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with businesses, organizations, and influencers in the wellness industry.
> Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
> Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
> Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, effectively communicating their benefits to clients and partners.
> Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.
> Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
> Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, preferably in the wellness or health industry.
> Strong networking abilities and experience in building partnerships.
> Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
> Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
> Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
> Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
