Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Leverage LinkedIn, Instagram, and industry platforms to find emerging and established designers.
- Conduct personalised cold outreach (emails, DMs, LinkedIn messages) to showcase Losode’s benefits.
- Schedule and lead meetings to present Losode’s value proposition and demonstrate the platform.
- Finalise agreements and collaborate with the Designer Acquisition and Management (DAMD) team for seamless onboarding.
- Maintain regular contact with designers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Secure partnerships with complementary brands, organizations, and influencers to boost visibility and credibility.
- Identify and execute joint marketing campaigns to promote Losode and its partners.
- Partner with fashion schools, incubators, and designer networks to access new talent.
- Structure mutually beneficial agreements and activate partnerships through co-branded content, events, or campaigns.
- Attend fashion shows, trade fairs, and industry expos (e.g., Lagos, Accra, London, Paris).
- Build relationships with designers, industry professionals, and potential partners.
- Demonstrate the platform’s capabilities and value to attract new designers and partners.
- Capture designer contacts and follow up with personalized sales outreach.
- Conduct monthly or quarterly check-ins with designers to discuss their performance and provide support.
- Provide access to new platform features and promotional services for local designers.
- Address designer concerns swiftly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Promote premium services and advertising options to drive additional revenue.
- Monitor designer onboarding rates, revenue growth, and retention metrics.
- Use tools like HubSpot or Zoho CRM to track outreach and conversions.
- Analyse sales performance monthly to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage high-performing designers to generate new leads through referral programs.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of working experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
