Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Visit prospective client sites in Lagos and prepare quotes for property services such as construction and equipment hire.
- Attend property inspections and manage on-site evaluations to determine project scope and pricing.
- Serve as the first point of contact for sales inquiries across Africa, providing professional communication and support.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for all African Land services.
- List and maintain property listings on apartments.com.gh and apartments.ng to ensure they are up-to-date and accurately represented.
- Maintain a well-presented and professional demeanor in all client interactions and ensure excellent communication.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a high level of organization.
- Prior experience in sales, property management, or construction is a plus.
- Proficiency with online listing platforms and basic office software.
