Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Engagement
- Lead client engagements on-site, offering expert guidance and building strong relationships with partners and clients to drive sales.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through online channels and outreach efforts.
- Convert qualified leads into opportunities and build a pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain a strong relationship with prospects and clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide excellent support to clients and partners, resolving inquiries and addressing issues promptly.
Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
- Design and implement digital marketing strategies across social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to generate quality leads.
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns on social media platforms, focusing on ROI and engagement metrics.
- Utilize HubSpot for CRM, sales tracking, and automated marketing activities.
- Create and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns to connect with potential clients and partners.
- Analyze digital marketing performance, generating reports and recommending actionable insights for campaign improvement.
Marketing and Sales Support
- Assist in developing sales presentations and marketing collateral to engage clients effectively.
- Organize and participate in on-ground promotional activities like property viewings, open houses, and client events.
- Collaborate with the team to align sales efforts with broader marketing strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and propose initiatives to expand market reach.
Ad Hoc Tasks
- Support the team with miscellaneous tasks that arise, adapting to dynamic business needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed to maintain smooth operational workflow.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and support, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram ads.
- Expertise in CRM tools like HubSpot for managing sales pipelines and automating marketing workflows.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion through digital channels, with a track record of building and managing a successful sales pipeline.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and the ability to create targeted campaigns for lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
