Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attending to customers' requests with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Cash and POS handling
- Meeting monthly sales targets as set by the company
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new customers
- Continually sourcing new sales opportunities
- Involved in stock control and management
- Ensuring stock levels are well-maintained with proper records
- Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Keeping the store clean and tidy
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of School cert
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Relevant sales experience, preferably in Retail
- Good communication skills
- Have a friendly and engaging personality
- Must be helpful and polite
- Good numerical skills
- Must have a Positive Attitude
- Must have experience handling a POS machine.
- Must be willing to work two Saturdays a month based on requirement
