As an Insurance Sales Representative with the Alpha Sales Force of our company, your basic role is - generation of prospects, conversion of prospects to clients, and retention of clients.
We are a multinational insurance company with presence in over 60 countries with a mandate to protect what matters. As a global brand, we are changing the face of insurance in Nigeria. We are a one stop shop for everything insurance - Life, Health, and General insurance.
Your Earnings:
1. Monthly Allowances - Only for role of Assistant Agency Manager and Team Manager (Physical office presence is required, at least 3 times a week)
2. Commissions from prospects generated and converted. The commission varies per policy- 5%, 6.25%, 10%, 12.5%, 15%, 20% depending on the type of policy
3. Free shopping vouchers, overrides and bonuses on performance
4. Elite status recognition by the CEO for high performers
