Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to work on the Sales team, Our Sales Associate serves as the point of contact between the company and its customers or clients and has a range of responsibilities including identifying and educating prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information and assistance.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Presenting the products and services to the customers across various platforms
  • Identifying potential customers via interactions and networking for marketing available products
  • Meeting the individual monthly sales goals and expectations
  • Taking feedback from the customers, documenting, and working on them alongside Customer Support
  • Making sure the customers are well informed about our products and services
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing the sales performance weekly with the Sales team
  • Understanding the current market potentials and how to take advantage of them
  • Timely updates and reporting of market situations and circumstances for organization interference
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues with the Sales team if any before making the sale
  • Building a positive relationship with the customers and representing the brand in a positive way
  • Support in managing the input vendor relationship, requesting and stocking up products
  • Collaborating with members of the sales team to take stock of inputs and document the inventory
  • Processing input logistics for all input orders placed to ensure successful delivery to customers
  • Promote and retail credit to smallholder farmers through visits to designated associations, cooperatives, and local government to support farmers' development by input financing
  • Screening of prospective borrowers, including visiting their associations/cooperative meetings, completing the loan applications, analyzing the loan requests, and recommending disbursement
  • Through individual marketing and promotion channels, ensures the financing of new and repeated loans to increase the size of the farmer's portfolio
  • Monitor and leverage an adequate healthy caseload of active borrowers
  • Follows up on payments of performing portfolio to ensure adequate repayment rate
  • In coordination with the Sales team, follow up on payments of the bad portfolios from delinquent farmers to reduce its volume
  • Preparing and documenting monthly customer and loan reports through authorized channels
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the industry and informing the organization


Requirements:

  • 2 years experience
  • Degree in a related field
