Job Summary
Our client, a popular phone and electronic supply chain is recruiting enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join their expanding network of phone shops across Lagos. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of their brand.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the store and identify their needs through attentive listening and questioning
- Demonstrate and explain phone features, accessories, and service plans to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain product knowledge by staying updated on new phone models, technologies, and promotions
- Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing
- Process customer returns, exchanges, and warranty claims according to company policy
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions
Requirements:
- HND or Bachelor's degree
- Previous retail or customer service experience (1-2 years preferred)
- Basic technical understanding of mobile phones and accessories
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sales orientation and results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages (Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa) is an advantage
- Basic computer literacy
