Job Summary

The primary responsibility of a Sales Executive is to provide exceptional customer service. They greet customers warmly, assist them in finding products that align with their style preferences, and offer expert fashion advice. By developing a deep understanding of the store’s inventory, the Sales Executive ensures that customers make an informed purchase decision

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable fashion products.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and provide solutions to concerns promptly.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Organize displays and restock inventory as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Accurately record sales and customer interactions.
  • Share customer feedback with management to improve service and product offerings.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or fashion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to recognize and adapt to fashion trends.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems; knowledge of inventory management is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
