Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

• Actively source and engage prospective students through various platforms and networks.
• Understand each student's goals and provide tailored advice on study destinations, institutions, and programs.
• Assist students with applications, visa requirements, accommodation arrangements, and study loan guidance.
• Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with students and families to ensure a high level of satisfaction and success.
• Share market insights and collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies and achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Stay updated on trends in international education to provide informed recommendations.
  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, education consultancy, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency with remote work tools and CRM systems (preferred).
• A reliable computer or laptop.
• Stable internet connection.
• Familiarity with basic remote collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, or Google Workspace.
• Passion for education and commitment to helping students achieve their goals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, to accommodate diverse client schedules.
