Job Summary
The successful candidate will be required to sell assigned products and achieve assigned targets. He/she will be tasked to attain set daily, weekly and monthly sales, service and productivity goals as well as ensure optimum delivery of all personal targets and tasks as assigned by direct supervisor or management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to customers to promote and sell the bank's products and services (SME loans).
- Conduct in-depth discussions with customers to assess their financial goals and risk tolerance and provide appropriate recommendations to help them achieve their objectives.
- Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and transaction processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
- Drive the sale of loan products for the company by identifying key opportunities completing loan contracts and counseling clients on policies and restrictions.
- Demonstrate sound and updated knowledge of types of loans and other banking products, services, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a first degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Accounting, and Finance or a related field.
- 1-4 years with proven work experience in SME sales, particularly in Microfinance Banks and Finance Houses.
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State.
Remuneration: NGN 150,00 - 300,000
