Job Summary
Our client is a thriving supermarket located in the heart of Anthony, Lagos, committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Attendant to join our team and contribute to the daily operations of the supermarket.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in locating products and providing information about items available in the store.
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and merchandise is displayed attractively.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any stock shortages.
- Assist in promotional activities and ensure proper pricing of items.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in retail or a similar customer service role is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proactive, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numerical skills and ability to handle transactions efficiently.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service.
