Job Summary
We are looking for competitive and trustworthy candidates to fill our Sales &Business Executive role to build up our business activities. He/She must be a high performer joining our real estate company's dynamic sales team. The candidate is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, expanding company's market presence &creating new businesses. The candidate is expected to typically have a strong understanding of the company's products or services, as well as the needs of the target market. He/She is expected to use this knowledge to develop and implement sales strategies, and to close deals. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, warm market strategies, physical meetings & presentations, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

- Present, promote, and sell company products or services to both new and existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential clients.

- Monitor market competition and provide market feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Keep accurate and organized records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Provide timely and responsive customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Participate in sales and product training programs to stay updated on company offerings.
- Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote the company's products and services.
- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing materials, including brochures and presentations.
- Stay current with industry knowledge and trends to provide informed product advice.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
